Yunnan Aluminium's (SHE:000807) net profit attributable to shareholders in the first quarter soared 269% year on year to 3.60 billion yuan, or 1.038 yuan per share, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.The attributable profit a year earlier was 974.4 million yuan, or 0.281 yuan per share.Operating revenue rose 14% to 16.4 billion yuan from 14.4 billion yuan in the prior year.The aluminum products manufacturer's shares rose less than 2% during the morning trade.

Nuix (ASX:NXL) shares advanced nearly 12% in recent Friday trade after Australia's Federal Court on Thursday dismissed the Australian Securities and Investments Commission's (ASIC) disclosure obligations case against the company.The court dismissed the regulator's claim that Nuix made misleading or deceptive financial guidance disclosures to the market in 2021.The court ruled that the company had reasonable grounds to issue the guidance in question, and ordered the ASIC to cover Nuix's legal costs.
