Perseverance Metals (PMI.V) on Tuesday said it will raise up to CA$8 million in a private placement of shares.
The company will place an unspecified number of share priced at CA$0.65 apiece. Closing is targeted for early October.
Proceeds will be used to fund the ongoing diamond drill campaign at the Voyageur project in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, continued exploration of the Lac Gayot project in Quebec, and for general corporate needs, it said.
Shares of the company were last seen up CA$0.04, or 5.9%, to CA$0.72 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
