Perpetua Resources Advances Stibnite Project in Idaho After Favorable Court Ruling

Perpetua Resources (PPTA.TO) continues to advance the Stibnite gold-antimony project in Idaho following a court decision denying a request to block development, the company said Monday.

The U.S. District Court of Idaho denied on Friday a motion for a preliminary injunction filed by special interest groups in 2025. The court found that the plaintiffs failed to show that the planned activities would cause them irreparable harm.

Following the ruling, Perpetua commenced additional construction activities for the 2026 field season, including initial work associated with the Burntlog route, which would support safe and efficient access to the project site while minimizing impacts to nearby communities and sensitive environmental areas.

"We are focused on responsibly advancing the Project and executing on the important work ahead of us," President and Chief Executive Officer Jon Cherry said.

By accessing senior unsecured capital at an attractive 4.125% coupon, we're able to bolster our balance sheet to support the development of the Cariboo Gold Project, fund continued pre-construction activities and accelerate momentum toward a final investment decision, while preserving meaningful financial and operational execution flexibility."To mitigate potential dilution impacts, we also entered into cash-settled capped call transactions that are structured to deliver the net effect of increasing the effective conversion premium price on the Notes from 25% to 100%, or double our share price immediately prior to announcement. The covenant-light and lower-cost structure provides an efficient source of capital relative to other traditional project financing alternatives, and carries no project-level security, completion tests, or restrictive financial constraints. Importantly, the Notes also provide flexible settlement mechanics, allowing for settlement in cash, shares, or combination thereof, at our election, as well as the ability to redeem the Notes early after three years, under certain conditions. These features provide additional flexibility to manage our capital structure over time as we continue to de-risk the Cariboo Gold Project."We are also very pleased with the strong participation from a broad new group of institutional investors, including some of the world's largest asset managers, which is expected to further enhance our market and liquidity profile, together with the continued support from our largest shareholder, Double Zero. The net proceeds are intended to be used to pay for the cost the capped call transactions, for the development of the Cariboo Gold Project and general corporate purposes. The purchase price of the capped call transactions was approximately US$40.2 million, it added.ODV was up $0.17 or 4.6% at $3.86 in Canada last Friday.

Grande Portage Resources Advances Ongoing Project Studies and Fieldwork to Support New Amalga Gold Project Development

Grande Portage Resources (GPG.V) on Monday provided a project update for the New Amalga Gold property near Juneau, Alaska.In addition to the 2026 drill program, numerous engineering studies and environmental fieldwork programs are in-progress utilizing several "industry-leading" consulting firms, most of which are based in Alaska, said the company.These activities provide key inputs for the environmental review and permitting process which the company will initiate with the State and federal regulatory agencies to enable development of the mining operation, stated the company.Current and planned activities for the 2026 field season include access road design, aquatic studies, climate assessment, archeological & cultural resource surveys, avian & wildlife surveys, and geochemical characterization & backfill testing, among others, added the company."We are excited to be moving forward with this extensive roster of project studies and field surveys as we advance the New Amalga project towards the state and federal regulatory review process," said Ian Klassen, President and Chief Executive Officer. Monument Mining Says Drill Results Highlight Selinsing Gold Mine Expansion Potential

Monument Mining (MMY.V) Chief Executive Cathy Zhai said over the weekend that drill assay results from the Selinsing Gold Mine, located in Pahang State in the Central Gold Belt of Western Malaysia, "underlie the strong potential for resource addition outside of the Life of Mine ("LOM") and the Expanded Pit Shell."Results of an additional 23 holes were received with "high gold assay results" from the Buffalo Reef/Felda areas and updated drilling activities, under the mine expansion drilling program at the Selinsing Gold Mine, it said.The company expects all drilling assays results to be received by June 2026.Shares of the company closed unchanged at $0.9 on Friday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
