Panoro Minerals (PML.V) after trade Wednesday said it signed a cooperation agreement with the Municipality of Cotabambas to support social development alongside the advancement of its Cotabambas Project in Peru.
Under the agreement, the municipality will lead initiatives focused mainly on upgrading local roads and access routes across the municipality's eight neighborhoods. The work aims to improve connectivity, infrastructure and living conditions for residents, the company said.
The agreement was shaped with input from the presidents of all eight neighborhoods, the company added.
"This new agreement carries the same spirit of collaboration as in previous years, when similar cooperation agreements were signed with earlier municipal administrations," the company said.
