Overseas Chinese Town Plans OCT Changshu Stake Sale for About HK$207 Million

Overseas Chinese Town (Asia) Holdings (HKG:3366) plans to sell 100% of its interest in its indirect subsidiary, OCT (Changshu) Investment, for HK$206.5 million after fees and deductions as it streamlines and refocuses on its core operations, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.

The company said it will sell the stake via a public tender and use the proceeds to repay outstanding loans. The transaction is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter.
