Overseas Chinese Town Eyes OCT Changshu Stake Sale
Overseas Chinese Town (Asia) Holdings (HKG:3366) is looking to unload 100% of its interest in its indirect subsidiary, OCT (Changshu) Investment, through a public tender on the Beijing Stock Exchange, according to a Monday bourse filing.The company said the proposed transaction has not been confirmed. If finalized, the proceeds from the sale of its equity interest will be used for general corporate purposes.
