OUE Swings to Loss in H1

OUE (SGX:LJ3) posted an attributable loss of SG$114.6 million for the first half of 2026, reversing an attributable profit of SG$35.6 million a year earlier.

Loss per share came in at SG$0.1526, compared with earnings per share of SG$0.0470 in the year-ago period, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Revenue rose 5.3% year over year to SG$308.3 million from SG$292.8 million.

The real estate and healthcare group declared an interim dividend of SG$0.01 per share for the period, to be paid on Sept. 30.

Longfor Warns of Lower H1 Profit

Longfor (HKG:0960) expects profit attributable to owners of between 1.8 billion yuan and 2 billion yuan for the six months ended June 30, down from 3.22 billion yuan a year prior.The property developer attributed the forecast to a continued decline in recognized revenue from the property development business and pressure on the recognized gross profit margin.
