Organto Foods (OGO.V) reported second-quarter comprehensive loss for the period of C$0.1 million compared with a loss of C$7.2 million a year earlier.
The company reported second-quarter earnings of nil per share compared with a loss of C$0.07 per share a year earlier, it said in a regulatory filing.
Sales for the quarter ended June 30 were C$27.7 million compared with C$17.2 million a year earlier, the company added after markets closed Tuesday.
One analyst polled by FactSet expected sales of C$28.9 million.
The company's shares closed unchanged at C$0.65 Tuesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
