The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries on Thursday forecast global oil demand growth for 2026 at 1 million barrels per day year over year, down from last month's assessment for growth of 1.2 mmbbl/d.
Liquids production from countries not participating in the Declaration of Cooperation, is expected to grow by about 600,000 barrels per day year over year in 2026, unchanged from last month's assessment, the group said.
