OM's (ASX:OMH) OM Materials subsidiary entered into a binding take-or-pay offtake agreement with Element 25 (ASX:E25) for manganese concentrate produced at its Butcherbird Mine in Western Australia, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The deal guarantees offtake certainty for an initial term of five years, with an option to extend for another five years, subject to performance and review, the filing said.
