Oil India (NSE:OIL, BOM:533106) outlined its growth priorities at its recent annual general meeting, according to a Thursday bourse filing.
The areas of focus include higher domestic oil and gas production, expedited exploration including deep and ultra-deepwater opportunities, strengthening of its integrated energy value chain, and selective expansion in clean energy, Chairman Ranjit Rath said.
Rath added that the government's Samudra Manthan - National Offshore Exploration Scheme - and GOBARdhan - National Circular Bioenergy Scheme - will provide policy support in key future business segments for the company.
The company is also boosting its innovation ecosystem through the MC² platform.
