Odfjell Drilling Says Administrative Tax Case Verdict Challenged in Supreme Court

Odfjell Drilling (ODL.OL) said Tuesday that the Norwegian Tax Authorities appealed a Gulating Court of Appeal ruling in favor of its subsidiary Odfjell Offshore, sending the case to the Supreme Court.

The Norwegian drilling and engineering company won the appeal from the Gulating Court of Appeal on April 17, 2026, regarding the adverse 2022 administrative tax decision by the tax authority.

The Supreme Court's appeals committee is expected to decide within three months whether the appeal will be admitted.
