Oceancash Pacific (KLSE:OCNCASH) has completed the acquisition of a 100% equity interest in Paragon Car Carpets & Components from Paragon Union (KLSE:PARAGON), according to a Thursday filing with Bursa Malaysia.
The deal, first announced in September 2025, was finalized at a purchase consideration of about 13.4 million ringgit.
Paragon Car Carpets, which produces automotive floor carpets, soundproofing materials and interior components, has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oceancash Pacific.

Kafelaku Coffee Holding (HKG:1869) has revised the terms for its private placement offering to raise HK$11.6 million, up from HK$11 million, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.The specialty coffee chain said it will now offer 282.1 million shares at HK$0.041 apiece, up from HK$0.039.
