Novo Resources Completes Maiden Drilling at Western Australia Prospect

By

Novo Resources (ASX:NVO) completed maiden drilling at the Wyloo SE prospect within its Wyloo Polymetallic Project in Western Australia, confirming strong silver and antimony grades from surface as well as broad zones of zinc mineralization, the company said Wednesday.

Recent intercepts include nine meters at 92 grams per tonne grade of silver and 1,280 parts per million of antimony from zero meters, the company said.

Additionally, geochemical soil and rock chip sampling across the newly identified Vera prospect at the Wyloo showed a significant 260 meters wide and 600 meters long strike length antimony and arsenic anomaly, with soil peak assay results of 803 parts per million antimony and 1,265 parts per million arsenic.

Meanwhile, Novo Resources expanded its ground position at the Toolunga copper-gold project, also in Western Australia, with additional tenements over iron oxide copper-gold targets. The company increased its land holding to 2,242 square kilometers from 1,520 square kilometers, and identified three high-priority coincident magnetic-gravity targets.
