Northpointe Bancshares (NPB) said Friday that Joseph Long will join the company as chief operating officer and chief credit officer, starting Sept. 14.
Long was most recently the chief banking and capital markets officer at Cenlar FSB, the company said.
Long will assume the COO and chief credit officer roles currently held by Kevin Comps, president of Northpointe Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Northpointe Bancshares.
