Northfield Capital (NFD-A.V) said Tuesday afternoon it will change its name to Juno International Corporation, effective Thursday.
The company said following the name change, its class A restricted voting shares will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new ticker symbol "JUN.A" beginning at the market open on Thursday.
"There is no change in the capitalization of the corporation in connection with the name change. No action is required by existing shareholders of the corporation with respect to the name change," the company said, adding that existing share certificates and registration statements do not need to be exchanged.
Northfield's Class A shares closed up $0.10 to $5.30 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
