Northeast Securities (SHE:000686) raised 2.02 billion yuan via an offering of perpetual subordinated bonds, falling short of the 3-billion-yuan target.
The coupon rate of the bonds is 2.40%, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse. Proceeds will be used for bond repayment and working capital.
Lead underwriter Great Wall Securities subscribed for 50 million yuan of the bonds.
Shares of the securities company closed 2% lower Friday.
