Video game company Nexon (TYO:3659) has concluded its share buyback program, buying 5.28 million shares for 12.2 billion yen between July 1 and July 31, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.
The transaction is part of a larger share repurchase program, originally authorized on May 14, for up to 14 million shares and a maximum of 30 billion yen.
All repurchased shares consist of Nexon's ordinary shares, and the program has now been fully completed within its scheduled timeframe.
