Nexcel Metals (NEXX.CN) has chosen a local drilling contractor for its fully permitted 2026 diamond drill program at its Burnt Hill Tungsten Project in central New Brunswick, Canada, it said Tuesday.
The initial exploration program, expected to include approximately 5,000 meters of NQ diamond drilling, is anticipated to help the company to validate and expand the "historically defined" tungsten mineralization at Burnt Hill, the company said.
Mobilization activities are estimated to begin in August, added Nexcel.
"Selecting a drill contractor marks another major step toward commencing what will be Nexcel's first drill program at Burnt Hill," said CEO Hugh Rogers.
