Netskope, Deloitte Expand Strategic Partnership for SASE Services

Netskope (NTSK) and Deloitte said Wednesday they are expanding their strategic partnership, with Deloitte now leveraging Netskope technology to offer managed secure access service edge, or SASE, capabilities to enterprise customers.

Deloitte and Netskope will support clients in fast-tracking secure digital transformation, reducing complexity, and strengthening protection across multi-cloud and AI-ready environments, according to a statement.

Managed SASE services from Deloitte and Netskope are now available in Europe, Middle East and Africa, with more regions to follow, the statement added.

Shares of Netskope were down more than 8% in Wednesday trading.

Jade Biosciences (JBIO) said late Tuesday the first participant has been dosed in a first-in-human phase 1 clinical trial of JADE201, an investigational, half-life extended, afucosylated monoclonal antibody.The first-in-human trial is a placebo-controlled study assessing single ascending doses of JADE201 in participants with rheumatoid arthritis, according to a statement.Jade said interim phase 1 data in rheumatoid arthritis anticipated in 2027 are expected to inform indication prioritization across potential autoimmune indications supported by B cell activating factor receptor biology.

Zscaler Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Q4 Guidance Set

Zscaler (ZS) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $1.08 per diluted share, up from $0.84 a year earlier.Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.01.Revenue for the three months ended April 30 was $850.5 million, up from $678 million a year earlier.Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $835.6 million.For fiscal Q4, the company expects adjusted EPS of $1.08 to $1.09 on revenue of $875 million to $878 million.
