Neptune Digital Assets (NDA.V) made a $500,000 investment in AI and robotics company Atoms, led by Travis Kalanick, co-founder and former CEO of Uber Technologies, it said in a statement on Thursday.
The company's investment was made as part of Atoms' $1.7 billion financing, led by Andreessen Horowitz, it said. The investment was completed "on an arm's-length basis," it added.
Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at C$0.66 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
