Nasdaq's (NDAQ) solutions segment's revenue growth is likely to remain above the range in 2026, implying a robust growth profile compared with information services peers, UBS Securities said in a note Thursday.
The company outperformed in Q2, and the quarter highlighted that it is uniquely positioned to benefit from dynamic end markets, according to the note.
Nasdaq's Verafin growth is poised to accelerate as the onboarding of major deals since H2 2025 starts to reflect in revenue, analysts wrote. Data and analytics businesses are benefiting from elevated AI-driven usage, while client expansion should support data demand, they added.
The brokerage said it raised its 2026 earnings per share outlook by 2% to $4.09 on higher revenue estimates for index, and data and listings.
UBS Securities maintained its buy rating and $120 price target on the stock.
Nasdaq shares were up more than 2% in Friday trading.
