Nan Ya Plastics (TPE:1303) reported consolidated revenue of NT$27.1 billion in June, up 32% from a year earlier.
Monthly, however, the figure was down 6%, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The company said strong demand for AI-related electronic materials, including ABF substrates, CCL, copper foil and fiberglass cloth, drove annual growth, offsetting weaker chemical products as customers delayed purchases amid falling raw material prices.
Revenue from electronic materials rose NT$5.93 billion from a year earlier, it said.
