POCO Holding (SHE:300811) on Wednesday applied to issue H shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong bourse.
The listing is subject to approvals from Chinese and Hong Kong regulators, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of the advanced materials manufacturer rose 3% in recent trade.
