Molson Coors Beverage's (TAP) international unit launched a private offering of Canadian dollar-denominated senior notes to be sold only to Canadian investors.
Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including repaying 500 million Canadian dollars ($363.6 million) of 3.44% senior notes due 2026, the company said Wednesday in a statement.
The offering is expected to close around May 27.
