Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park (TYO:3471) has secured two loans totalling 3.1 billion yen to repay its existing debts of a similar amount, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
The new loans comprise a 1 billion yen short-term loan from The Bank of Fukuoka and a 2.1 billion yen long-term green loan from the Development Bank of Japan.
The proceeds will be used exclusively to repay a 1 billion yen loan from Nippon Life Insurance and another 2.1 billion yen from Development Bank of Japan, both due on Aug. 3.
The new green loan, maturing in February 2034, aligns with the company's Sustainability Finance Framework and supports its commitment to ESG-conscious asset management.
