Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park (TYO:3471) said it secured a 2 billion yen short-term loan from the Bank of Fukuoka to repay its existing debts of a similar amount.
The new borrowing, due Sept. 10, is scheduled for Aug. 10 and carries interest at a base rate plus 0.05%, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.
The proceeds will be used to repay two equal short-term loans of 1 billion yen from the Bank of Fukuoka secured on July 8 and Aug. 3, and due Aug. 10.
