Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park (TYO:3471) has secured a 2 billion yen loan from The Bank of Fukuoka, at a floating interest rate, to repay an existing loan of a similar amount.
The new borrowing is scheduled for Sept. 10 and will be repaid in a bullet payment on Oct. 13, without collateral or guarantees, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.
Following the transaction, total borrowings and investment corporation bonds remain unchanged at 222.3 billion yen, with short‑ and long‑term borrowing levels steady.
