Mirle Automation Corp (TPE:2464) has appointed Cai, Yu-Cai, general manager, digital technology business group, as the new chief information security officer, according to a Friday filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.
Cai takes over from Gao,Qi-Qing, who stepped down from the position of chief information security officer due to change in position from Aug. 1.
The company's shares were up nearly 10% in Monday's trade.
