Micron Technology (MU) said Monday it is collaborating with Anthropic for memory and storage artificial intelligence architecture design, product supply, and enterprise adoption of Claude, alongside an investment in Anthropic's series H funding round.
Micron said they will analyze memory and storage subsystems performance across different workloads to improve energy efficiency and token economics within Anthropic's infrastructure.
The collaboration includes a supply arrangement covering Micron's data center portfolio to support Anthropic's computing scale and long-term growth, Micron added.
Micron also said it has deployed Anthropic's Claude models throughout its engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise operations to accelerate coding and enable advanced use cases.
Shares of Micron were up 5.5% in Monday trading.
