-- Miata Metals (MMET.CN) on Monday said its shares will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange effective April 23 under the symbol MMET.
The company said its shares will be delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange at the close of trading on April 22.
Miata said the TSXV listing is expected to enhance visibility, improve liquidity and provide access to a broader group of institutional and retail investors as it advances its exploration programs.
The trading symbol will remain unchanged, and shareholders are not required to take any action in connection with the transition, the company said.
Miata's shares will continue to trade on the OTCQX Best Market under the symbol MMETF and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol 8NQ.
Shares of the company closed up $0.01 at $0.57 on the Canadian Securities Exchange on Tuesday.
