Meitec to Record 14.6 Billion Yen in Dividend Income From Subsidaries

By

Meitec (TYO:9744) will receive dividends totalling 14.6 billion yen from four consolidated subsidiaries, effective June 4, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.

The dividends were resolved on June 3, with Meitec Corp. contributing the largest share at 11.4 billion yen.

As a result, the company will record the full dividend amount as operating income in its non-consolidated financial results for the current fiscal year.

However, since these are intra-group dividends, there will be no impact on the consolidated financial results.
