Medallion Metals (ASX:MM8) secured all key regulatory approvals required to begin the development of the Ravensthorpe gold project in Western Australia, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The mine development and closure plan for the project was approved, and it also secured approval for the Section 45C amendment to Ministerial Statement 1143.
Project development activities will begin on site, including underground mine development at the Kundip mining center. Its early production strategy remains on track for the September quarter.
Its shares fell 1% in recent trading on Monday.
