Martinrea International (MRE.TO) after trade Tuesday reported second-quarter adjusted net earnings per share of C$0.61, down from C$0.66 per share a year ago.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected C$0.58 per share.
Sales for the quarter ended June 30 were C$1.20 billion, down from C$1.28 billion a year earlier.
Analysts expected revenue of C1.23 billion.
The auto-parts company said it is maintaining its 2026 outlook.
It added that its board declared a cash dividend of C$0.05 per share, payable to shareholders of record on Sept. 30 on or about Oct. 15.
