Marketech International's (TPE:6196) US unit, Marketech International Corp USA, agreed to acquire the right to use a 151,415-square-foot building in Phoenix, Arizona, under a lease valued at $17.8 million, including tax.
The lease carries a monthly rent of $193,442 over a 92-month term from July 16, 2026, to March 16, 2034, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The property will support the unit's operational planning and business needs.
