Thailand's Minor International is reportedly weighing a public listing for its restaurant unit, Minor Food Group, in Singapore rather than Hong Kong amid strong interest from investors in the city-state.
Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing sources, that the group, which operates brands including Burger King, Dairy Queen, and The Pizza Company, could raise more than $400 million. Financial advisers are assisting, though no final decision has been made, according to the report.
Minor International did not immediately respond to' request for comment.
