T-Mobile US (TMUS) executives have informed Deutsche Telekom, its controlling shareholder, that they no longer support a proposed $300 billion merger between the two companies, Semafor reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.
Some of T-Mobile's non-controlling shareholders have told the company they wouldn't support a merger with Deutsche Telekom, the report said.
T-Mobile and Deutsche Telekom didn't immediately reply to requests for comment from.
