Shell (SHEL.L) plans to sell its offshore wind farms in a deal that could raise more than $1 billion, Bloomberg News wrote Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The British energy giant will start the process by the end of 2026, with a sale expected in 2027, the sources said. Rothschild and PJT Partners were tapped to lead the transaction.
Shell had no comment when reached by.
