Market Chatter: POSCO International Completes Acquisition of Indonesian Palm Oil Company

POSCO International (KRX:047050) completed the acquisition of Indonesian palm oil company, Sampoerna Agro, according to a report by The Pulse on Friday.

Following the acquisition, the palm producer has been renamed to PT. PAR, the report added.

The company has investment around 1.3 trillion won to secure management control of the Indonesian company, the report noted.
