Chinese artificial intelligence startup Moonshot AI is expected to file for a Hong Kong initial public offering as early as August, aiming to raise about $3 billion, The Standard reported, citing International Financing Review.
The company, however, said the development was inaccurate, according to the report.
The listing plans follow Moonshot AI's recent funding round, in which it raised $3.5 billion, valuing the company at $35 billion, the report added.
Moonshot did not immediately respond to' request for comment.
