Macquarie Group (ASX:MQG) is offering AU$1.45 billion worth of bonds to raise regulated capital in an offering that has drawn about AU$3 billion worth of demand, The Australian's DataRoom reported Tuesday.
The bank is offering a 10-year floating rate note priced 1.77% above the three-month bank bill swap rate, as well as two additional bonds with a term of 5.5 years and a spread of 1.52%, according to the report.
Macquarie Group did not immediately respond to a request for comment from.
