Bper Banca (BPE.MI) said Monday that it issued a 4.125% green senior non-preferred bond with a principal amount of 500 million euros and a term of four years.
The Italian lender issued the fixed-rate notes at 99.87% of the principal amount following oversubscription, with total orders above 1.9 billion euros.
Proceeds from the issuance will be used for eligible green assets in line with the green, social and sustainability bond framework of the group.
Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank (SHA:601825) issued bonds amounting to 4 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing over the weekend.The lender's shares rose 1% during Monday's morning trade.The bonds were issued in two tranches. The first tranche is worth 3 billion yuan and has a coupon rate of 1.55% and the second tranche amounted to 1 billion yuan and has an initial coupon rate of 1.60%, which is linked to the one-year loan prime rate minus 140 basis points.Both tranches have a maturity of three years.
China Minsheng Banking (SHA:600016, HKG:1988) issued bonds worth 10 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on the weekend.The bonds carry a three-year fixed interest rate with a coupon rate of 1.58%.
Bank of Beijing (SHA:601169) raised 30 billion yuan via the issue of the second tranche of its 2026 undated capital bonds.Proceeds will be used to replenish the additional Tier 1 capital, according to a weekend filing with the Shanghai bourse.The bonds have a coupon rate of 1.88% for the first five years, adjusted every five years.
