KKR (KKR) and Vauban Infrastructure Partners are among the shortlisted suitors seeking to acquire a majority stake in Portuguese fiber operator DStelecom, Bloomberg News reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The stake being sold is the 54% interest held by Cube Infrastructure Managers, with the potential transaction valuing DStelecom at between 300 million euros ($342.3 million) and 400 million euros, the report said.
Other unnamed parties have also expressed interest in the asset, though discussions are ongoing and may not culminate in a final agreement, according to the report.
KKR, Vauban Infrastructure Partners, Cube Infrastructure Managers, and DStelecom did not immediately respond to' requests for comment.
