Japanese financial services company Orix (TYO:8591) plans to acquire UK-based aviation asset company AerFin Ltd in a 100 billion yen deal, including debt, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The deal, aimed at expanding Orix's presence in the aviation sector, is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

Orix and AerFin did not immediately respond to a request for comment from.
