Gigabyte Technology (TPE:2376) expects an influx of orders for its artificial intelligence (AI) servers in the next year, the Taipei Times reported Wednesday, citing company chairman Dandy Yeh.
The AI servers will mainly be based on the Nvidia B300 and GB300 platforms, Yeh reportedly said after the company's annual general meeting Tuesday.
The company is set to begin shipping Vera Rubin-based products on a small scale, the newswire reported, citing Yeh.
Yeh said cloud computing will remain a key part of the ecosystem even as on-device AI task processing rises, according to the report.
A combination of the technologies will create new growth drivers for the industry, Taipei Times quoted Yeh as saying.
