Hims & Hers Health (HIMS) is being sued by the US Federal Trade Commission for allegedly sharing users' data with Meta Platforms (META), Snap (SNAP) and other online advertising companies, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing an FTC spokesperson.

Hims & Hers Health didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from.

Hims & Hers Health shares were down by more than 12% in Wednesday trading.
