Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 rose to $221.9 million from $205.3 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $225.7 million.
The company now expects 2026 adjusted EPS of $0.23 to $0.30, compared with $0.36 to $0.42 earlier. The company continues to see full-year revenue of $900 million to $950 million.
Analysts expect $0.39 and $938.9 million, respectively.
Shares of Orion were down 8% in after-hours activity.
