Chinese artificial intelligence startup Moonshot has confidentially filed for a Hong Kong initial public offering, Reuters reported, citing three people familiar with the plans.
The company behind the Kimi large language model aims to raise about $3 billion via the listing, the report said.
The offering is at an early stage and requires regulatory clearance, with financial terms subject to change, Reuters added.
Moonshot did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
