Amazon.com-backed (AMZN) Anthropic is considering requiring all employees to sell any shares through 10b5-1 stock plans, The Information reported Thursday.
Because 10b5-1 stock plans require the sale of shares on preset schedules, they are intended to protect against insider trading accusations. However, they're typically only for top-level executives.
Anthropic is also mulling how many shares stockholders should be allowed to sell on the first day of trading, and how the company should deal with lockup periods, The Information reported.
Anthropic didn't immediately respond to a request for comment from.
