Market Chatter: Adobe Acquires Indian Startup Rilo

Adobe (ADBE) has acquired Rilo, an India-based market intelligence startup, TechCrunch reported Wednesday.

Rilo will shut following the acquisition, and Adobe plans to integrate the startup's technology and six-member team, the report said. Terms weren't disclosed.

Adobe and Rilo did not immediately respond to requests for comment from.
